Good morning Roberto, can you tell us who Comincioli is?
Our company has an authentic and historical background: our family has lived and worked in Puegnago since 1552. We have been family farmers for 15 generations, united by an unconditional love for our land in Puegnago, its fruits and its nature. For centuries this has been the basis of every choice, led by a common goal: the quality and healthiness of our wines and extra virgin olive oils.
How did you Know the Storeden reality and why did you choose it?
Since the pandemic started, our activities were almost blocked. At first we managed the "semi online" sales, we received our customers' orders via email and we processed them manually. This could help us to get closer to our customers and to perceive their feelings. Moreover, we incurred a great investment of time catching the customer response and processing of the orders. We needed a faster and more intuitive solution in order to deal with the situation more easily.
We began to analyze the different alternatives on the market to build our e-commerce. After an interview with Davide Felicioli of the 19ADV agency, Storeden’s partner, we were pleasantly impressed by the platform. Davide wisely advised us on the option that would best suit us. We were looking for something intuitive, smart. We need to manage the store internally to focus our energies appeased by the pandemic online. Storeden has reflected our strategic expectations by providing an easy-to-use and fast response in resolving our doubts. We were looking for a solution that was aligned to our needs.
We are now able to process orders quickly and obtain payment confirmations in real time. Moreover, we facilitate the customer journey and our channel management.

We undertook the 60 days of free trial period, we had pleasant feelings on this opportunity. How has your business model changed with Storeden?
The synchronization with the main marketplaces and other sales channels such as Facebook, Blomming and Instagram has been a very powerful feature for us: with a simple click we can synchronize the catalog with the main marketplaces.The business model proposed by Storeden increased our online visibility. We easily reach an audience of potential buyers from all over Europe and we bring Italian excellence abroad.
Therefore since March 2020, Comincioli is still growing and is getting renowned abroad. Laying on Storeden has meant also to dedicate more time and money to communication and promotion. We could leave out technical aspects such as rewriting catalogs, descriptions and titles to ensure a competitive presence in global searches.
Did you develop the site by yourself or did one of our partners work with you?
We have built the site independently, we developed the strategy and the management’s steps. The graphic and aesthetic aspect was developed by our communications and image manager Claudio Amadei (Claudio Amadei Studio).
Furthermore, the 19ADV agency and the support of Storeden's technical assistance cooperated with us to coordinate the different payment platforms and technical aspects. In a week we were ready to get online. Technologies and technical aspects are important, but what really makes the difference are always people.
How would you rate the Storeden service?
Our core business is wine and olive oil production, technical knowledge and time limits have made us look for a solution that would let us be independent. In this, Storeden has completely satisfied our expectations.
The interface is intuitive and simple, the dashboard is complete. After getting familiar with the platform, we handle all the tools necessary to optimize the insertion of products. The management of the site menu, the tree of categories and the insertion of descriptions are facilitated by automatisms that can be used by anyone.
What features did you like most about Storeden?
We appreciated being able to receive certified reviews. We can receive updated feedback and communicate directly with our customers. This service stimulates us to improve and satisfy our customers in the best possible way. Furthermore, we can easily access the report section in order to get a wide view of the store.
