Storeden ecommerce platform and how to increase your online sales

During a course on Udemy.com on how to improve sales on the Amazon and eBay marketplaces, Valerio Stanzione got to know the Storeden platform and adopted it, specializing in the creation of ecommerce. Hello Valerio, would you like to tell us something about Luxurya Parfum?
I am the owner of a web agency and during the last years, I have been helping various companies to digitize. Luxurya Parfum is one of the sites that I am following and it is a laboratory that creates high quality natural perfumes for person and environment. It is easy for customers' requests to be personalized with precious essences and selective fragrances.
The production processes extend from the elaboration of the fragrance to the packaging of the finished product ready to be served both to the final consumer and to local businesses, official retailers or exhibitors of the essences.

Valerio, you mentioned that you met Storeden with a course on Udemy, can you tell us better? 
I was looking for information to improve my customers' Amazon sales. I attended a course on Udemy.com where the benefits of having your own website on marketplaces were presented. In fact, Amazon rewards shops that direct traffic from outside the platform and the means to receive this traffic is through an ecommerce. 
I had already worked with Prestashop, but it is very cumbersome, expensive to create ad hoc customizations. The course presented two SaaS solutions able to facilitate the creation of ecommerce through templates and the cloud: Shopify and Storeden. I chose Storeden as it is an Italian company, it provides customer service in Italian and it is a complete solution. 

Why did you choose Storeden?
The service is very effective, the interface is simple and it makes it easy to order products, categories and descriptions. 
With Storeden you immediately benefit from everything you need to start the store. The main integrations are included in the subscription plan, while many others are available in the app market. We didn't have to spend time developing plug-ins with credit institutions, we didn't need technical support in interfacing the warehouse. With Prestashop you incur too many extra expenses unfortunately necessary to create an ecommerce. 

What functions did you prefer?
The ergonomics of the site are well thought out and make simple processes complicated. For example, we have been able to generate legal policies with a click thanks to Storeden's partners. We have avoided incurring extra costs and have obtained all the necessary documents in an eco-friendly way.

How does the front end of the stores you develop differ?
I think templates are a very functional value added. Storeden has dozens of free templates and dozens of paid templates, all 100% customizable. I opted to install paid themes due to the many additional features and I adapted the themes according to the needs of the customers. 

Do you carry out marketing operations with the tools promoted by Storeden?
The sites they build have a section dedicated to gift cards and customers often choose this solution. Through the synchronization with social channels included in Storeden and thanks to the possibility of creating coupons I can "pamper" the customers I prefer. Creating coupons is intuitive and helps my communication aimed at increasing sales.
